Jack Bradford
Mr. Bradford began his professional career in the U.S. Space
Program providing support to NASA's Apollo program while working in both the private
as well as the public sector. After spending an additional nine years in Government
service at Redstone Arsenal's Army Missile Command, he returned once again to private
industry and spent 26 years at CAS, Inc. supporting the Army's PATRIOT Air and
Missile Defense missile system. Prior to his retirement in 2006, he served as President
of the CAS, Inc. Air and Missile Defense Systems Business Group. Mr. Bradford holds
a BA in Applied Mathematics from the University of Texas and a MSE from the
University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Olen Britnell
Mr. Britnell has over thirty years experience in aerospace engineering
and management, including flight programs, onboard data systems,
real-time flight support, tactical missile systems analysis, radar
systems analysis, launch vehicles design concepts, solar energy
systems analysis, and new technology development projects. Mr. Britnell holds MA
in Physics, with additional study in flight trajectory optimization,
rocket propulsion systems, radar systems performance, and quality
management systems (ISO 9000 standards). He is retired from Lockheed Martin
Astronautics.

Paula Hudson
Mrs. Hudson has 21 years of experience and expertise in dealing with The Federal Acquisition Regulation's (FAR) Cost Accounting and Contracting rules and regulations.
She has practiced as an independent Government Contract and Cost Accounting Consultant since January 1999. Prior to this she served as an Auditor with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) from May 1987 to September 1998. During her career she has been involved with a wide range of audit and cost accounting issues of Government contractors from small 8(a) firms to major CAS covered prime contractors. Her experience covers working with contractors in Engineering and Aerospace, Electronics, Manufacturing and other industries, and with many Government Agencies to include The Department of Defense, NASA, The Corp of Engineers, The Department of Transportation, and The Department of Energy. Mrs. Hudson also served as Training Coordinator during her tenure with DCAA and has since been involved with the coordinating and lecturing for numerous training workshops and seminars for the local Government contracting community. Mrs. Hudson received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, AL.

Mark McIntyre
Mr. McIntyre has been in banking for 9 years and currently works with
Servis First Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending, specializing in government
contractors and commercial real estate. He is one of the founding members of Servis First
Bank of Huntsville and helped raise over $14 million dollars in their private stock offering
in 2006. He is a graduate of the University of North Alabama where he earned a BA in
Finance. Other recent graduations include the Alabama Banking School in Mobile, Alabama.

Maurice Romine
Mr. Romine is a seasoned Executive with extensive experience in both
large and small high growth companies in the field of Information Technology. His experience
includes engineering, management and strategic development, for both domestic and international
company operations.
Mr. Romine is the founder and President of ADTEC Systems & Consulting, Inc. where for the past
8 years he has been engaged as an Executive Management Consultant for various companies. Previously
Mr. Romine served as a Corporate Officer of Nichols Research, Nichols InfoTec, Warning Systems Inc.
and Intergraph Corporation.
Mr. Romine serves on the board for three technology companies and is on the Advisory Board for one
of the two Venture Funds, of which he is a member. Additionally, he serves on the board of a college
in Tampa Florida.

Larry Vinson
Mr. Vinson is Chairman, President and CEO of Puritan Inc., an ISO Certified
multi-million dollar textile manufacturing and design company. He is responsible for daily corporate
operations, bid solicitations, product engineering and design, manufacturing and all financial
management of the company. He previously served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Puritan Lace Co.,
a vertical warp knitting mill in Triana, AL. This company employed over 600 people and had 2300 retail
accounts including J.C. Penny, Target, Wal-Mart, K-mart, Speigel, and Macy's. Mr. Vinson was employed
early in his career at Milliken & Co. and Jacquard Lace, LTD in the 1980's. Larry holds a BS in Fashion
Merchandising/Textile Engineering from the University of North Alabama.

Stephen Williams
Mr. Williams is an independent financial advisor with over 12 years of experience
